Recipe: Chivas Collins
– Cut up a granny smith apple and place the slices on the bottom of a glass
– Add 40ml of Chivas, allowing the slices to stand
– Fill with ice cubes
– Slowly pour 100m lemonade, stir, then top with soda water
– Garnish with a lime wheel
