Description
Colour: At release the wine is a pale, fresh straw / green colour with a fine, creamy white mousse.
Nose: There is fresh fruit characters of green apple, pear, along with floral hints of musk and white citrus blossom.
Palate: This wine displays attractive and refreshing pear, green apple and bright citrus characters. The extremely gentle fruit handling has resulted in a lively wine with a fine, delicate perlage (bubbles/mousse), finishing crisp, dry and flavoursome.
