Description
The 2018 Tamar Ridge Sauvignon Blanc is vibrant and bright with a pale green straw hue. The nose shows tropical fruits, white peach, overtones of passionfruit and splashes of grassy/herbaceous characters. On the palate there is more complexity – layers of passionfruit, kiwi fruit and dried herbs. The wine is well balanced, fresh and zesty with a soft finish.
