Description
Inspired by the rolling hills of the Central Ranges near Orange. Generous fruit weight and soft, supple tannins with ripe berry characters carry through to the finish. Deliberately light on tannins and oak, the wine shows lovely balance and vibrant fruit flavours. A perfect accompaniment to roast or barbecued red meats, casseroles, hard & blue cheese.
