Description
A full-flavoured yet finely structured Cabernet of great appeal, rich in black berries, dried leaves and fine gravelly tannin, reflect an outstanding year. The grapes are from the northern end of Margaret River, primarily around Wilyabrup, were harvested at ideal flavour and tannin ripeness, fermented then matured for ten to twelve months in a combination of new and older French oak from a variety of coopers.
