Fruit for this rosé was sourced from Barossa and Monash Valley region of South Australia. A blend of 75% Grenache, 15% Shiraz and 10% Ruby Cabernet grape varieties it flaunts a pale, light salmon colour upon being poured into a glass. A swirl reveals rose petals, red fruits and spice notes. These mild fragrances make way for an impressive palate revealing red cherry and candied fruit flavours that eventually culminate in a long and dry finish. Serve it chilled with salads or seafood.
