Only barrels from the top floor of the barrelhouse where the climate change affects it the most. Interesting fact – All 6 master-tasters must agree on the taste and less than 1 in 100 barrels make the cut.
Recipe: Single Barrell Old Fashioned
1) Combine Single Barrel, syrup and bitters into mixing glass
2) 1/2 fill with ice and stir
3) Garnish with orange peel
