This Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is a fresh and vibrant blend of old-vine Barossa Semillon.Pale straw in colour the nose is richly perfumed with intense citrus aromas of lemon and fresh lime from the Semillon, while the Sauvignon Blanc imparts zesty herbaceous notes and ripe tropical aromas such as paw-paw and guava. Mid palate with intense flavours of sweet tropical fruits and crisp citrus that flow seamlessly through to a refreshing finish. An easy to drink style of wine that is a great accompaniment to Thai style chicken salad dishes.
