Recommended food pairings: This wine is a great drink on its own with perfectly balanced exotic flavours. It would also be fantastic with spicy chargrilled marinated chicken bites or why not try it with stir-fry pork and green beans.
Growing Conditions: This wine is made from Muscat of Alexandria grapes grown in the Murray Valley and Sauvignon Blanc from Tasmania. The grapes were harvested from mid February to early April at baumés ranging from 11 to 13.5.
Winemaking notes: The wine was bottled soon after fermentation with an alcohol of 6.5%.
