Recommended food pairings: This wine is a great drink on its own with perfectly balanced exotic flavours. It would also be a fantastic with a calamari spicy laksa or why not try it with a ripe brie cheese with fresh melon segments.
Growing Conditions: This wine is made from Muscat of Alexandria grapes grown in the Murray Valley and Chardonnay from from our Banksdale Vineyard in the King Valley. The grapes were harvested from late January to early April 2020 at baumés ranging from 10.6 to 12.7.
Winemaking notes: The wine was bottled soon after fermentation with an alcohol of 6.5%.
