Bay of fires wines are made from small, high quality selections of fruit from across Tasmania’s viticultural regions, celebrating the unique cool climate, soils and premium vineyards.
The fruit for this sauvignon blanc was hand harvested from the Coal River, Derwent and Tamar Valley regions in Tasmania. Intense aromas of passionfruit and understated herbal notes complement a finely textured palate of quince and lychee, receeding a crisp finish.
