A distinct regional characters of pepper,spice and “forest Floor” accompanies the richness of the shiraz. Discreet use of French oak amplifies the fruit flavors, and give the wine a smooth,persistent finish. Our shiraz is grown in both the north and the south of the Margaret River regions.
